There is an additional charge of $3 per animal for any pets over 3 pets.

There is a $5 additional charge any medication administration. 

The initial client meet n’ greet and existing client refresher visit is $10.

Special needs will be assessed on case by case basis. If you require us to purchase additional food, there is a $10 charge for visits to the grocery store.

Severe Weather Policy

If there is severe weather that makes it unsafe for us to travel to your home, we will give you as much notice as possible to discuss options with you. During the winter months we ask that you have a back up person nearby to your home in case we are unable to make it in. If we do not make it to your home, you will receive a credit for that visit.

Post Surgical Procedure Policy

We are not able to provide services for pets who have had a surgical procedure (including dental) less than two weeks before the start of services.

Additional Service Charges

New Client Meet n’ Greet/Existing Client Refresher Visit
The initial client meet n’ greet and existing client refresher visit is $10.

Key Pick Up/Drop Off
We highly recommend you keep a key on file with us and we will get your key at the initial visit. If we have to pick up or drop off your key there is a $10 fee for each trip out to your home.

Medication Administration
We charge $5 for medications administration. 

If your cat is aggressive or does not cooperate we may not be able to administer medications and will discuss that with you.  We evaluate on a case-by-case basis our ability to administer medication. We cannot guarantee that we will be successful in the administration of the medication. If prior to the start of the visits we feel we are not able to administer the medication and that it puts the pet’s health at risk then we reserve the right to refuse or cancel services.

If we need to transport your pet to the vet, there is a $50 fee and the client is responsible for any charges from the vet's office. 

Cancellation fee
Any cancellations that are less than 5 days notice will be charged half of what the reservation amount was for.

For all holidays listed in the section below, there is a 3 week cancellation notice required. Anything later will be charged half of what the reservation amount was for.

  • For Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years the cancel fee policy will apply for the entire week

Plant Watering
There will be a $10 charge to water indoor plants (we do not do outdoor plant watering).

Small Pet Grocery Charge
If we have to go to the grocery store for your pet to get supplies, there is a $10 charge, plus the cost of the supplies

Holidays
There will be a $12 charge added to the rates above for the following holidays:

  • New Year's Eve & Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr Weekend (Sat/Sun/Mon)

  • Presidents Day Weekend (Sat/Sun/Mon)

  • Easter Sunday

  • Memorial Day Weekend (Sat/Sun/Mon)

  • Juneteenth (Sat/Sun/Mon)

  • July 3rd/4th/5th

  • Labor Day Weekend (Sat/Sun/Mon)

  • Indigenous People Day (Sat/Sun/Mon)

  • Thanksgiving Week (Thurs - Sun)

  • Christmas Week (Dec 23rd - Dec 26th)
